Biography
Anita Zanetti was born in Bologna in 1995 and walks under its arcades until 2018, when she moves to Rome, the city where she currently lives and produces. From an early age she has been looking for an expressiveness that feels her own. He found it in 2019 and gave it a name: "Il corpo di Anita", a project with which she begins a journey inside the body - and also above, below, beside and far - capturing its essence through exaggerated shapes and color contrasts. With a hieratic demeanor, such as to make it an act close to prayer, Anita seeks beauty, imperfection and eroticism in the body. Her bodies are a hymn to simplicity, to the need to return to the obviousness and beauty of being human and perishable, contextual and plastic.
